Better impulse control

Impulse control is greatly improving. Today I was able to have him wait while I threw one of his favorite toys almost full force past him without him budging. I've also been using the teaser pole to train him to wait. And then later in the evening after he had his dinner I had a bowl of chicken water/broth sitting out for him as a treat. He approached it and started to sip, but sat down and waited when I told him to. He still jumps when a loud car drives by quickly when we're out on walks, but he's getting faster to focus back on me.
