Nice breakfast ride to Arctic Tails. Pee/poop outside, then walked in happily to the back.
No triggers this morning.
Retrieved ~ 1730. Apparently vomited bile 15 min before I arrived. Possibly hungry? He ate about 3/4 cup this morning.
Nice calm ride back home. Saw several dogs out and walking on Independence Drive. Remained calm all the way. Got a little close to threshold with the last dog (#5), but stayed cool with treats.

Fetch outside, pee/poop.
Back inside, worked on Relaxation protocol day 3; chicken rewards. Broke stay with jogging 10 steps away, and jogging in place. Redirected into sit and completed the set. Gave him extra treats for 20 second jog, but broke when I let the interval >7ish seconds.
Dinner in snuffle rug. 1.25 cup.
