Cheese is best?

meds @0600
Brief Fetch indoors .
Nice calm ride to Arctic Tails. Treated him all the way. During some parts of the ride he was more interested in things outside that his food and turned away from my hand with his food. Had a little pee outside and walked directly into our details. Happy dog.

Retrieved him around 5 PM
On the ride back we encountered two sets of dog with their humans. He saw them but continued to take treats and did not react more than a little whine.
Drove home and went outside for a short potty break. Pee, no poop. It was an approximately three minute walk. Gave him his kibble for treats. I think he got a little agitated as the cars went by but I gave him treats for that and he did okay. As we were coming back up the slope to the house a car turned the corner and came up from behind us and proceeded in the same direction. I gave him cheese treats as the car went by. He lunged a little bit but then came right back to taking treats. Medications in cheese ball. when we got home

I left him with a PB phone and a hollow bone with dental chew and doggy biscuit stuffed into it.
Returned around 7:45 PM. Played a little fetch indoors with the tuffbone. Out for second p.m. potty break. Gave him little bits of cheese. He startled as cars went by but I gave him cheese treats. Tension on the leash so this was not optimal.
I think cheese might be his favorite noncommercial treat. We'll plan to use that as counter conditioning reward.
