Fetch outside for pee, no poop. Ran circles in the yard a couple times before running up the steps and crashing into the door.

Fetch outside for pee no poop. Fence fighting with stupid neighbor dog again. Tail was stiff, straight, and moving quickly back and forth. He also scratched up the fence a bit. Tomorrow we'll go out there without toys and counter condition.
