Returned at 1630. Played in yard. Down time, capturing calmness. Trained "touch" and going to mat. Dinner walk with head harness. Good attention because of pre walk games. At the very beginning of the walk, as we were approaching the T intersection, there was a human walking her dog. We spotted them from the distance, so I stopped and allowed Temba to look at them. Gave him treats for standing and not reacting. Very slowly took a couple steps & treated some more. After a few more steps like this he began whining and getting a little excited, so we backed away until they went out of sight. Rest of the walk was pretty good.
Down time again, then played in yard some more.
